My character is bugged i cant find the assigment on the map and i cant start a other one because he´s always saying "complete your assigment first before u start a other one" or something like that

Im using windows 7. first of all i had problems with starting the game, then if fixed it with the alternate game client and now i got problems with the font, its damn small and i had problems with creating my character. is there a way how to fix it?
