I think it would be cool if players could build cities, and other factions can raid them... Put money into defenses, I guess similar to the Wasteland Defense Mods for Three and New Vegas. Except building would be crafting related and what not. Cities would deepen the politics and enrich the world and also evolve it. But I dunno if this system would be implementable.

I agree with you that the game is too heavily placed on crafting. I don't mind that because the crafting system is quite interesting, my problem is that you die so quickly that you lose everything. That then you have to go back scavenge moar and die in the process. Then rage quit and come back ten minutes later attempting to scavenge to find everything has been looted by another person who will soon meet their untimely end. I understand this game is based around parties and PvP, but why can't I solo looting?

It seems like either people who are noobs like me are just traveling alone. Which from what I've experienced and read is not an effective way of making it through the game world. What's the best way to find a group to join and travel with?

Join up with a group of people, going alone is impossible. I've died too many times by myself. What faction are you in?

There's a typo. Not sure if it exists in any other faction base besides Technologists.
