Title: [CHAR] Lizard Limbs Perk

Good day to you all, today I bring a bug for you to conquer.
Its in the character creation screen, so I dont know what else to tag this.

what the description saids:
-gives 40% limb regen
-decreases healing rate to zero

what its doing:
-gives 40% limb regen
-gives +2 healing rate

Yep, that bug is known and will be fixed soon. Thanks for the report!
