For joining plattoons you need 30k reputation point, but if you join a platoon and then your rep goes under 30k, you have to be reinvited again to go back to the platoon. I suggest to get rid of the reinvitation stuff because it's quite annoying. when your reputation goes over 30k, you should just be able to access the base again.
