Suggestions / Perk Idea for helping leadership.

Leadership is great but the bonus it gives can be lacking if the whole team is built to be independent. Since you need Cha to gain better bonus I suggest a perk that could make leadership a little more used. ((I would have made a leadership character, but it would require my WHOLE platoon to remake characters just to make leadership worth it.))

Sir Yes Sir!: Your Cha counts as being 5 for the purpose of determining leadership bonuses.
Living in the wasteland taught you that there are some people you should listen to.

Full Metal Officer: All members under you in the squad are considered to have at least 3 Cha for determining leadership bonuses.

I watched personally today as 2 guys took out 6 just by staggering their shots. With the range thats as good or greater than most guns, and with the Aoe Knockdown... you can just turn a corner and fire with a friend and keep and army of people on their asses. The only downside i can see from it is the fact that you can't shoot when someone is in your face. Though you just have to swap weapon and your fine.

It may sound like bitching... but Im a person who is looking into playing a big gun build and i see no reason at all to use any other big gun. Supression is cool but knock down is better...

TL:DR Bitch bitch bitch, I see words on the screen but all I hear is bitching.

So for V-tech. Please add Lidae's Lightbrigers as a platoon name.
