Since I am really, REALLY not good with planning ahead, I wanna ask for some help. I need a long-mid range build that will be good in PvE, but can hold it's ground in PvP too. Energy Weapons would be preferred but it doesn't really matter in the end. Thanks in advance.

You have unlimited rerolls on Fonline AoP, so my advice is Test as much as you can.

Reroll SPECIAL points Skill points Perks
~reroll x x x x x x x         (where x is SPECIAL)
followed by ~reroll confirm

Reroll Traits Tags
~give me the chocolate

If you like to play alone, I'll also recommand high HP pool. EW is very good for pve too.

6 6 6 5 6 6 6   i recommend this one for you. it is my favorite
6 6 1 5 10 6 6   once you decide you want secondary skills
6 1 6 5 10 6 6   short range melee ( i use fa 200 on this build )

Anyways there is no build that can be good in PvE, its just a build in AoP that can fight critters or players since server is mostly for PvP Also really depends on the guns you want to use and since you say Mid-long range, snipers and some mid range weapon would be good.

I would use a build like this :V

Ya ya, 1 AG, people might say its shit but with action boy you still have 5.5 AP regen+ which is enough IMO because I'm already used to having to stand still to regain AP on other servers but any amount helps while on the move. Also I don't notice a difference when my teammates gets critted on compared to when I get critted on, they'll still get armor bypassed or knockdown.

2ts the main thing is that there are no such thing here as regular op build, u just should know some things:
1. u are free to take PE about 1 if u fight on 10-20 hexes (almast all melee abd ew build)
2. same for CH if u dont have alltime squad leader with nice boosts
3. same for agi cos ap+ regen is kinda low, to avoid bypass u can take perks
4. INT almost in all cases 8+
5. LCK almost in all cases 7+
6. STR - see wiki or faction shop about str requir of weapon u prefer use
7. the most usefull traits are fast shot (if u use weapon with high (50+) ap cost), small frame (its like free +1 stat), heavy handed (for melee), fourth eyes (for long range fights with scoped weapon)
