there were some pistoleros and amboy dukes but they all switched to BB.

Well, let me tell you what I know.

Midnight Riders MC, NCR Rangers, Brotherhood of Steel & Broken Hills Hunters are mostly playing for Jim & Jack & Joe Lawyer Agency.
And I'm pretty sure that I saw few guys from Ret Dot Army in JJJLA.
New Order also (at least some part of 'em) seems to be playing for Agency.

Rogues are definitely playing for Brahmin Boys.
Moreover, I saw one guy from Scavengers playing for Lawyers and another one - for Family.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

There is only RDA in Family + randoms, so we got MAX 20 ppl (if we count all rda guys online and all randoms) but we have no organisation and mot ppl just do assigments and... nothing else.

It's up to the players to find their own balance. We don't consider it a problem if a faction is weaker for a period than the others, it will probably always be this way. Deleting the Family just because it's not competing right now is a non sense. No faction will ever be deleted anyway.

Concerning swarms, I feel players are just discovering the game right now. I saw some fights for which the winning swarm could have been easily defeated by the few 10 players opposing them, just if they had used the right strategy. While they indeed chose to remain hidden in a building, they should have prepared traps, grenades and aoe weapons in general to be able to beat such force. Which they didn't at all, they just brought small guns and camped until they got all killed.

Sneak characters as well should be developed to obtain information and improve strategies. For small groups especially, you need information on the battlefield, especially when the next move could be your last.

Shang, take a player point of view - losing ? change faction etc. - already some left because we're not numerous, soon it will be deserted faction for rp wanabees
About guns and stuff - organised teams already know what to use, and u cannot stop rush of pkm/grenade launcher/rad rifles squad in ca's.

All of those weapons are shit tier

. Especially ca's compared to faction armour.

Otherwise you are right, sad to see that faction slowly dying, but I think that will be fixed some time in the future,
Imagine it becoming a place for all the players who disliked their platoon's/factions behaviour and make The Family top 1 on the server.

That's how I imagine it as well. An overcrowded faction should sooner or later lead to a split of its platoons.

I left the family because you guys have no organization, Everyone is worried about themselves, and not the faction as a whole. Even when told the correct strategy for certain things, People will ignore it and try to rush.

The Family faction consists of 1 to 3 clans; I assume we only have RDA (Also assuming they didn't leave us yet.), and a few veteran FOnline players. We tried to ZC today but was went sour after people did not listen after we pushed back the enemy, and constant looting, and no listening what so ever, during that, enemy returned and before we could get our positions again, half of us were slaughtered and eventually defeated.

I suppose the Family is the most challenging faction, but we require to be united to be on scale with other factions.
