1: You stop gaining HP and Perks with 24 but can still gain skill points as long as you level further
2: You wll respawn in your room or platoon base
3: 250 for sg, bg, ew and hand to hand, 200 for all other skills
4: yes you can, but it's a tedious process especially if you have a lot of ressources. Join irc on forestnet/ashesofphoenix and ask a dev like me to help
5: There is one but for some reason it's wiped right now. we will fix it for next season
6: for each point of strenght missing, you get a hitchance malus of 20 or 40%, cant remember which. This reduces your effective range
7: there are no addictions and aside from voodoo which first increases your run speed but then forces you to walk for a minute after it runs out, all drugs only have a single stage, meaning you have positive and negative effects at the same time and not in 2 separate stages.

There are Buffout, Mentats and Blood moon as long lasting drugs which last 1 hour and afterburner, voodoo and psycho which only have a short durations of 2 minutes or something, but much stronger effects.
There is also food which is separate and just increases your carry weight and healing rate. You can stack up to 4 food items.

7 food if you take the additional perks. (These are additional perks after you level past 24).

Is it right, that i cant skill weapon perks? That the perks will get activated with higher weapon skill and depending at the kind of weapon? At which skill states will i get that perks?

Weapon perks are opened, when corresponding weapon skill is improved.
Each new weapon perk is opened at values 150, 175, 200, 225 and 250 for the corresponding skill.
Unavailable perks are showed in red in the weapon description (detailed view in inventory). Available perks are showed in green. Description order is the same as the opening order.

PS: why the hell wiki info is hidden? Partially unactual info is better than no info at al..

Thanks for the infos.
Yeah, its pretty hard to get in without a knowlege base. A Wiki would be very very nice. Even when its not up to date!

There's pretty much no reason to play right now. Assuming the event is over, AoP will only have like 2 players on (hellmoi and his dual log, also server will probably go down again). There's some PvE content but requires a group of players to complete, but if you want to try the awesome mechanics, by all means go ahead.

Whats the use of that Memory Modules (Li Jing, Wu Qi, Julius Caesar, Hannibal,...)?
How do i use books (Deans Electronics, Guns and Bullets,..)?
What are maps and encrypted holobands for?

Memory modules are an element of leadership system where a "leader" character grant characters in his squad different bonuses based on the modules he use, his characteristics and characteristics of his subordinates.
Currently those books are trading material for junk traders who give you money for various items such as guitars and rubber sex dolls.
Maps and encrypted holodisks are "relics". There are other items from this category. Relics could be traded in a faction base for crafting schematics.

Thanks for the help! :)

How can increase my crafting skills (science / engineering)? Just by using them?

Whats about outdoorsman? For what is that skill good? ^^

yeah science and engineering will get raised by using them skills like crafting armors and weapons , repairing them and decrafting them ; once you get to 190 in both skills stuff is very easy to come by , they are capped at 200. outdoorsman isnt used in the current state of the server but might be in the future.

Is it possible to get a shared storage to share items with a few friends?

My character got level 28, but i cant push my favorite weapon skill (small guns) higher (around 230 or so). The char has the gifted trait, dont know if that could be important.

have you run updater?
Access your item skilldex by holding left click on the item you want to repair with the pointer cursor.
Then select the pipboy icon.
The skilldex should popup, click engineering
Inside the engineering menu click the wrench and screw icon.

Okay, one more beginner question....how to take territory? I mean control over area, putting your flag. What do you need, are there any requirements?

going into any core zone and stay alive ... with 1 guy it takes 60 min to cap an zone with 6 it takes 10 min , if any other player from another faction enters the zone the timer will stop and it will be displayed as contested , then somwhat a deathmatch begins , you get points (score) for shooting the enemy , healing your teammates docing them , reviving , crippling the enemy  and killing the enemy ... with all these actions you gain points which will give you reputation and fame and if u did defeat the enemy the timer will continoue till it reaches 0s then the zone is captured and your merchant will get more goods for vendor respawns ... you also get faction currency from an npc with reputation you gained from pvp.
