Although I am leaning towards Vtec, I do not really know how to role play them, Lawyers, easy to RP, family, easy to RP.   They be going around saying ''you are unlawful" or "you have been judged"  What am I supposed to say to people when I am vtec?   "I have a high tech vault and suff but uhhh, i still need to get loot from the city, so all your base are belong to us"

I mean seriously when you think about it the Vtec faction doesn't make any sense, aren't they already supposed to have technology? like vault city?  They don't need to loot the core, and fight over zones.

We (ARWH) will be fielding a lot of faction members to the V-Technologists, so I'd advise other factions looking to join in and grab a faction for their own massive numbers to look elsewhere, since there will be player registering limits per faction in place, to my knowledge, and we wouldn't want ours nor anyone else's factions to both be stuck unable to register if we both picked the same faction. Brahminboys seems like they would have a lot of space open.

No, not immediately. This whole situation is able to solve itself dynamically once the server is life and there is no reason to make an artificial choice for a certain faction because of that. Every player should pick what they want and then we'll see.

We will introduce mechanics to prevent joining a faction if that proves to be required. Keep in mind as well that nothing prevents two factions to unite, even for a short period, if a third one proves to be too powerful.

I don't know how many ARWH members will be joining, but it seems unlikely that your presence only will change the balance that much. Or are you bringing us 50 champions?

From what I understand V-tec recently started recruiting wastelanders. Look at it this way, the more recruits Vtec have the more tech, gear and supplies they are going to need. You dont have to RP as a V-Technologist. You could RP as one of the unscrupulous wasteland types that they have recruited...The possibilities are endless my friend.

He was also under the impression that he could command others to choose a different faction because his clan is so big and great and jolly that they deserve a faction just for themselves. Not just embarrassing, but kinda ignorant when you think about it

It was for competition's sake, really. The larger factions from previous games likely wouldn't want to be on the same side as each other, as it would discourage competition.
I don't believe that it was in any way meant to deter people who aren't already in factions from previous iterations. Previously unaffiliated players should be encouraged.
