every single line of this changelog is just changed some number, not much work eh ? sure pvp balance is important but still..
there isnt much pvp except few hours per day at evenings of CET and there is nothing else to do, there are dungeons .. and funboxes .. and other things which are absolutely not worth to do because scavenging and selling loot in courtyard is way too effective, after a hour of scavenging you can play pvp for week, if not more so why would anyone do dungeons, funboxes or anything else
so what about you make some changes in economy, mechanics, add some features rather then just doing "fake changelogs" to keep players interested by just changing few numbers every few days ?

you cant change factions without getting ur items deleted
you can if you have hoarder perk, it works in all hqs even when you are factionless so you just pick all items, resign, go to other faction hq and join
you can get killed and looted by other players when you are in faction hq which you want to join but didnt joined yet (factionless) and also i think that hounds and church still dont have recruiters yet so you may need to ask GM for help
pvp active factions are currently : chruch, family, lawyers and hounds

we are a bit offtopic but @rerolls..
what if players make 2 chars, 1 melee 1 sniper, what then ? it just encourages using of alts as on other fonline servers, situation would still remain same in the end, reroll or switching alt.. i dont see much difference
its pvp server so why not to let people play pvp with whatever build they want instead of having bad feeling like "i would like to try build X or change my build but i dont want to pay Y currency or exp or make new alt" :)

edit : also keep in mind that this server is still in kinda like beta stage, alot of things are changing by every update, especially weapons, you may like weapon one day, other day it can work totally differently so you may want to reroll and you also may want to try new stuff, i think its okay that rerolls are free at least for now

It has been suggested a few times that we adjust the walk speed so it is closer to running with a leg yellow instead of walking, which I think is preferable.
yeah, thats probably better idea then removing :)
run speed and winded would matter then and it wouldnt be that harsh

it makes alot of mechanics useless which makes no sense but not just that..
-winded has no effect during sandstorm while being outside
-voodoo and other move speed effects has no effect
-leg cripples has no effect during sandstorm while being outside
-npc are ignoring sandstorm mechanics and players cant run away from them, in a group you can kill any pack of npc but if you are alone, you simply cant and if you cant run away.. then you die by stupid game mechanic
-i see some dynamics which it brings, i would agree with this point if players would even use it but noone is fighting in sandstorm anyways because its way too annoying to players, most of players leave zone instantly right after entering and seeing that there is sandstorm
i play pvp every single evening and i participated only in one sandstorm fight during all this time since wipe, because players are simply avoiding sandstorm all the time, so whats point of it ? its like blocking zone rather then interesting feature
that fight didnt won anyone because it was impossible to finish, before we catched or looted all enemies they was always coming back already and they had advantage since it happened at their gate which is closer for them then for us, we was stronger but we couldnt kill all enemies fast enough in sandstorm, some guns in this server have like 70-80 effective range, lets say that you kill enemy at 70 hexes range, to loot him or chase rest you need 70 / 2,5 = 28 seconds to walk to him in sandstorm, do you think its enjoyable to walk 70 hexes in 28 seconds ?  :-\

sure, its supposed to be annoying and like that but whats the fucking point of it if noone is even playing in sandstorm ?

problem is that night fights are mostly about who has more sight range because FoV malus is too big but if i make high sight range build then i waste alot of points during day, i dont think that its right way to play this game, some players even reroll inside core depending on day time, others go with build which has enough sight during day without leadership module for sight range and then they use sight range module during night, i really dont like that..

As for the features, the only one major bad decision was to introduce 2 new factions to the already low populated server. If anything 2 factions should've been removed tbh.
it was like year or two ago when i first time heard that there will be more factions added in future and i said that there isnt enough players to split to even more factions.. and well, thats exactly what happened
now we have 6 instead of 4 but still only 3 are alive

i was thinking about making video like that, speeded up and with talking about efficient scavenging but seems like its not even needed because someone was faster  ;D

my few cents..

most important thing when scavenging is proper ROUTE
connecting your or nearby gate with alot of containers and buildings close together, hotspots and exiting by sewers
people which scavenge randomly through core are very inefficient
you have to look a bit on map and find some route by yourself, best dont share it with anyone otherwise you might find it often empty or you may get killed

- avoid all npcs fights, its just waste of time = waste of money, this few points of experience wont give you anything and their weapons are usually in very bad quality
- 10 ST, strong back, buffout is must have for max carry weight, rest of build doesnt really matter, just something with decent fov and survivability
- caps can be exchanged by barter with ammo or armor merchant to faction currency
- loot only perfect quality weapons/armor, relics (80 each), leadership modules (400 each) and some resources which are worth it
- you can science non prefect quality weapons for some science points in hallf of fame ( ;D), resources which you can either keep or also sell.. alloys, metal parts and electronic parts are worth 20 caps each when selling ! (you can science without workbench in everywhere core now)
- by effective scavenging you can make about 20-30k caps per hour

exp doesnt matter at all since there is no big diff in lvls after 24
old abused gear is useless since technology was bumped to t8/t9
devs said that there wont be full wipe and they should end this topic finally, there is alot of players playing and they dont cry about exploits which dont affect current pvp anyways but seems like some people cant understand it


i like aop balance, they made unarmed bluesuits viable in pvp  ;)
