Suggestions / Visible status effects on critters

Since aop doesn't have AAA budget it deserves and only can have the next BBB thing, we ain't gonna be having any super duper cool blood splatter effects and animations for critters, so why not have that replaced with floating icons?
I know this isn't really a hot burning thing, but is it possible to get various status effects like bleeding, burning or w/e thing
Like say,
would float near their name if person is typing something?
Same for bleeding/whatever else.
ps. Please add 14mm pistol to the spawn pool :[
