Title: [ITEM] Sharpened Spear attack modes labels are swapped

Throwing attack of sharpened spear is called thrust and melee one is called throw (it should be the other way around)

I reported it already on Mantis Bug Tracker. I writing it only for not to be double reporting, if not all problems didnt solved from Mantis yet.
