Please fix, this type of vendor is not suppose to sell end tier armors (easy exploitable by selling lower tier armors for higher ones, self explanatory), i havent checked the gun seller yet pls anybody report if he sells tier9 guns. from my understanding all this tier9 stuff should only spawn at heart vendor. (tier2 from wiki > tier9 in current season)
