edit : same bug with vtech sca3

Hounds SCA3 has lower different resists and no perks compared to other SCAs3, also description says its tier 0

Well, it is not a bug. It works as intended. BB is elite faction. Only for elite pvp.

True Rangers never RQ  8)

And yes, BBs as a faction is superior to others. That's why we have so powerful armors :D
