Ok, seems fun, I go along with it:
KAM, age 29, neither black nor female.
ST: 02 (like a squid)
PE: 04 (I wear glasses and headphones destroyed my hearing long ago already. Tastebuds and smelling sense got wreckd by smoking)
EN: 03 (what do you expect from someone working at a desk all day and after work hanging out at yet another desk most the time)
CH: 04 (I'm shy, I hate new people, I hate large groups of people even more, but I can be charming when the need arises and the setting is supportive)
IN: 07 (Yeah. Above average but certainly no Steven Hawking)
AG: 08 (I am flexible. make of that whatever you will XD)
LK: 03 (Life is mean to me ...most of the time. Then there are these days, when I find a +7 LK implant that works for an hour or two)
Traits: Fast Metabolism, Chem Reliant ;)
A realistic approach, I'm not that SPECIAL, so there are a few points unassigned ;D, I'm optimistic some stats will keep improving over time.

How can you be abnormally strong while also being abnormally agile IRL?

i thought about this topic since my childhood, the only thing changed by years is my st and en)
S:5 (i think its total average now)
P:9 (eagle eye, decent hearing)
E:6 (i do physical activities like running im a bit better than average)
C:2 (im kinda antisocial solo player)
I:8 (all iq test ~130 + i think im open minded, educated etc)
A:7 (i have good coordination, flexibility, i do tasks fast but i lack precise movements needed for drawing, handiwork & fine tuned stuff)
L:4 (i have more unlucky moments but sometimes i can be very lucky)

P - 10 (I see perfecrtly, I hear perfectly and my sense of smell is abnormal)
E - 1 (A single toothpick is enough to kill me)

A - 10 (Can easily walk on my hands while both of my legs are behind my head)

In my case it would go like :
S-5 Nothing special but i still can lift up a potato sack
P-9 During my military exams they said i would easili fit into a snipers role
E-4 I get sick preety easili and got astma since my childhood but i don't need any inhalations wich is nice
C-6 The folks tell me i am preety funny and idiotic but they usually like to chat with me.
I-9 I learn preety fast have a good memory but i never remember the stuff i need in education.
A-8 Did a bit of climbing, rope jumping, my entire childhood was spent on trees harvesting fruit.
L-2 Well sometimes im lucky and get something done, the rest cases the Murphys laws fit perfect into me.

-Loner:Your solitary childhood and upbringing mean that you work much better when alone. Get +10% to all rolls when outside the influence of other squad members.

5 LK = average = you can have a computer, or both arms. You must choose.
less than 5 lk = you dont own a computer, might be amputee and probably live in africa or middle east

I don't think so, did you see any character in Fallout that missing both arms? even with 1 LK here you can have a room and every part of your body. I get what you mean, people complaining about bad luck while other people don't even have to eat. But in the fallout universe Luck is less significative:
“Fate. Karma. An extremely high or low Luck will affect the character - somehow. Events and situations will be changed by how lucky (or unlucky) your character is.”
