It's still a WIP, but it will pretty much get you started.
Game is great and getting better, if you want any feedback from other players just surf this forum. It's pretty damn alive, which is quite rare, and it has tons of useful info on whether or not you should try spending your time on it.

As Myakot said if you never played any Fonline game before you should take a look at the beginner guide on the wiki. It is wip and for to be complete but it is a start.

You can also read game general description and fag on this page, find a lot of usefull information on the wiki or here on the forum ( but it's not easy to find information here ).

Once ingame you will quickly have to choose a faction. I think you could find help from other player of your faction ( you will meet them at your faction headquarters ).

Oh the first advise is maybe : GET YOUR ROOM.
It will allow you to safely stock your stuff and you will do not loose all your stuff when dead.
