Hi,

I'm looking for a sniper build and I can't make a choice for my SPECIAL because of lack of information about charisma.
Could you tell me what do you think about that 2 builds and what are the pro/con of being too specialised? What primary skill can have 1 with little consequences ?

Build 1 : S:4 P:11 E:4 C:4 I:7 A:4 L:6
Build 2 : S:4 P:11 E:1 C:1 I:10 A:3 L:10
(I:11 because of 4eyes)

Another question : How many skill points do I need to raise a tagged skill from 100 to 250 and from 100 to 200.

Hello,

I just arrived and I have few questions :

What to do first ? I have no weapon, no armor, no caps.
I tried to go to the center of the map, but I have been killed.

Is there a starting strategy? Beginner quests or a peacefull farming area somewhere ?
