So when i click on fallout aop it opens, but then goes right to a black screen, followed by a grey screen about 30 seconds later? idk whats going on

Does the program close ? So then it's a crash.

Black screen can be caused by missing "master.dat" and "critter.dat" in your fonline folder, you can find theses files in your fallout 2 folder, copy/paste them to your fonline directory.
