I tried to open FOnline.exe, but it gave that message in the screenshot, and I'm pretty sure I have the right version for the game.  I hope that clears things up.

Okay, I realized what I gotten wrong, I managed to unzip the whole thing into the fallout folder for some reason, my bad. Sorry for being an idiot.
