And i think fire should stay on the hexex some time, damaging overtime. No more toilet/The Room laststands

Коль скоро поползли слухи о моей работе, расскажу подробнее. В конце прошлой недели со мной связался Anon, которого вы все знаете по проекту 4chan.org, и за место в скваде предложил срать в фоллач. После продолжительных размышлений мной было принято решение принять его предложение. Главная цель была объединить под своим руководством бомжей подобного рода.
With gifted + 10 IN + educated you STILL cannot get 250% is a single skill. It's wrong I tell you! How is it 'gifted' to not even be good at one thing? You are forced to take 'skilled' as well which is not right! I suggest one of:
- make gifted change all skill caps to 225, but the gifted player gets all weapon/item perks at 225 as well (you'll still only be able to get 1 skill to 225 with 10 IN + educated)

- allow 1 tag skill with gifted
OR:
- or just make 225 limit for weapon/item perks in general
