[MECH]ZC Capping Zones Twice.

Hi again.

We just capped the hospital, then we left to cap Verde, upon coming back to the hospital the timer reappeared letting us know we were capping it again. Even though we already held it.

This confused the group, is it intentional? I did look for other posts but I didn't find anything, nobody else knew either.
