The first one needs fixes with green grass tiles because it does't match enough good to rest objects.

yeah i was thinking the same , i think it looks to much rectangle because u forgot to place the tiles around the full grasstiles , btw ive seen that alot on AoP maps that the walkingway or crb tiles beside the street dont have that destroyed tiles around the fully rectangle ones ... i mean it looks alright but if u look on fallout 1 or 2 maps u rarely see a full desert tile right beside a fully brd tile ... i think this comes from the randomizer u also have very often same structures (holes in street tiles etc.) at one map ... dunno would take alot of work to fix all maps i think , but its good as it is for now , i dont wanna complain too much , since i know how much pain in da ass it is to map a map ... even with copy pasting , but thats why i luv to do many things by hand because u can check everything even when it takes alot more time then .

The funny thing is, that even original f2 maps have a lot of those "mapping mistakes". There also is at least one tile that is missing in general, so unless some other server made it that's all we've got.

You have to be a mapper to even notice those issues though, anyway. I also thing that the izer gives aop maps their typical look without striking anyone as repetitive. Fixing the izer's results manually is wasted effort, in my opinion, though it can help to quickly ize a map a couple of times and then pick the one that looks best.

Yeah, I've noticed some oddities around some of the areas where the road his the desert. Nowhere near as obvious as the stuff I saw when I was playing FO2, though.
I think they really focused more on quantity than quality, though, so it's understandable.

It looks very cramped because of all the clutter. Remove some of the junk. The overall look is quite good though.

Masking is a FOmappers best friend. :)

I like the first map as it's something really fresh for me comparing to typical Fonline views. Leave the grass alone!

Thank you but I do agree the grass looks... very... SQUARE.
