Title: PKS need increase dmg !

PKS(9 tier) needs to increase the power,because right now at his level, he just fucking nothing in comparison with the same UKM-2000(8 tier). I suggest him at least to remove the same trait,which lowers the accuracy by 20%. Maybe the PKS will be more usability.

Dont just compare damage, try also compare UKM and PKS range, AP cost and bursts/clip. The only really bad thing of PKS that it struggles to supress with only 5 bullets Full auto and by some reason lacks Burst mode

I suggest to remove accuracy malus on PKS.

UKM is in almost every aspect worse than m240 or PKS.
