Title: Finesse trait not working?

When you reroll and pick the Finesse trait, it doesnt add 10% aimed crit chance anymore. The minimal aimed crit. chance with 1IN and 1LU now is 35%, instead of normal 30%, and when you try to create new character, it gives you correct values, 30% minimal aimed crit chance, and 40% minimal aimed crit chance with Finesse trait, but when you start the game, it becomes 35% again, and with 10IN 10LU it's capped on 125% aimed crit chance, instead of 135% as supposed to be with Finesse trait. This bug need to be fixed...
