I keep reading about wiki and watching vids, and i just get more and more interested in this mod.
The only thing I am not liking so far is all of the factions are kind of assholes XD, there is no ''good guy'' faction, the lawyer ones looked good, but then you said something about them being corrupt =/.

Anyway, when and if I actually get to play this game, if I like it enough I will probably throw some money at you, probably 20$ to start.



edit:  I can't seem to find a lot of information though, like what each faction actually has to offer you, or are they all the same with minor differences?

Factions currently offer the same services and it should remain that way. However, we might introduce some differences in the future. As  S.T.A.L.K.E.R says though, we'll have to make sure that it doesn't encourage alting.

the factions should be somewaht neutral as to not force a certain type of roleplay on the players. You shouldn't think that you have to join faction x in order to kille veryone on sight or that in order to help people, you have to be in faction y. Instead, the players will build the reputation of their own faction. If most brahmin boys tend to behave friendly in the core (especially if some big platoons are pushing it) then it might just give the whole faction that reputation.

Not everybody wants to roleplay or even cares about anything but the faction ca color, so those people should not automatically break the feel for every rp'er

I've been watching some gameplay vids on youtube, the game is way too dark, I don't want to have  to turn the brightness up on my monitor to play this =/
This is my only official complaint so far with what  I know about the game.
Any plans to make it a little brighter?

I think this is related to the video itself, and not the game. If there are issues with some areas though, we can change that easily.

You can also turn up the brightness in the game configuration, just like it was on Fallout 1/2 (if you played those).

I think its fitting, there are no pure lives in the wasteland...Just some purer than others. I always try to play the good guy at first but soon enough I find myself over the lifeless body of a jet dealer.....Its never enough.

XD. Just wait my freind, you will most likly grow great affection for your chosen faction and its members.
