Perhaps make 2 separate educated style perks, and make the post 24 one weaker, maybe only 1 per level?

I say because someone noticed they could take educated post 24, but I had already taken it so did not notice, it may be wrong, or a bug so I am not entirely sure.

Being able to boost pvp skills beyond 24 (even if restricted by caps) does seem to directly effect pvp though so I'm not sure if it should even be a choice, if it really is.

But you cannot use those sp on tagged skills because they are locked,and they determine the rest of your skills....i don't see how educated post 24 is better then pre 24.....

You can always take educated + gain INT to have even more boost.

I have done, but now i can't get a moar skills perk post 24 QQ wipe please >.< /s
