I agree with cirn ^_^
And maybe certain energy guns shouldn't jam?  Seriously they are shooting energy, not bullets, what exactly is jamming? =/

Looks like a resounding no to me lol.

I was only thinking like the cost of a reload, or even half the reload cost of the weapon, but I can understand why not too.

As for energy weapons jamming, I don't think it would be fair if they didn't  :P

Unless you replaced their jam chance with explode chance, but that would probably be too much.
