So for a while now everytime I lvl up i just get a blank perks screen :D. I'd like to see a couple more 'convenience' perks to keep stuff more interesting post lvl 60 or so. (not sure what level you get the last perk)
Some suggestions:
Deep throat:
Years in the industry have given you total control over your stomach valves. You can swallow anything without chewing first.
-10% AP cost for using food items.
Imaginary highwayman
Your years in the wastes have taken their toll on your sanity. But you're not crazy. You're a shiny Chryslus Motors Highwayman. VROOOOOMMM.
With this Perk, your travel time on the World Map is reduced by 50%
(maybe have char randomly emote 'VRROOOOM VROOOOOOOM' from time to time when travelling WM)
No-life (post lvl 90)
You can't remember the last time you've been outside and the pee-bottles are stacked to the ceiling, but at least people think you're a pro.
Changes character description in chat to 'Ashes of Phoenix Legend' rather then 'girl' or 'old man'.

Those are hilarious, but they need some work ;D. At least the description part.
I thought that some decisions were already made about this (and even posted somewhere) no?
