Bugs:
-Fixed some ZC stopping issues
-Fixed End Boss of HellHole being godmode
-Fixed crafting issue related to using materials with condition % ( better base materials help now! )
-Fixed some missing EXP issue (Generally more EXP from killing mobs now)

Additions:
Basic Bounty System[WIP]:
You will gain 1 bounty every 15 seconds up to 40 bounty.
On death you will lose all bounty and be set to -200 bounty.
Your killer will be awarded 1/2 of your bounty if not the same faction.
You will gain experience based on your bounty and target's bounty.
There is no cap to your bounty gained from kills.

-Added scope perk to scopes. You can now hold scopes for sight bonus.

i hope it only works when it is in first active hand slote , because if not everybody will put scope in secondary slot and get lower PE  from reroll to have more free special points ehhh , and btw its not 22.10.2014 oO cirn0 u drunk or smth :p btw is there any command to check bounty on our self ? would be helpfull ^^

A 40 bounty player killing another 40 bounty player gives about 250xp.
As your bounty goes up, the amount of exp YOU get per kill also goes up.
The amount of XP and bounty people get for killing you goes up too, of course.

I'm a little afraid this is going to end in a snowball effect involving bluesuits. But, whatever. It is a needed feature, I just can't wait to see who finds a way to exploit it first.

There's always someone who will lol yes, but it's whether or not he lets at least the devs know when he finds it, or just exploits it to no end that will determine his character.

I'm loving the bounty system and hope it doesn't get exploited out of existence lol.

I'm specifically worried about all of the cross faction friends boosting eachothers bounty etc, but that just might get me more XP if/when I kill them, so i don't know :)

Its not against the rules to shoot blue suites therefore its already officially allowed?

I really like the idea, more reason for players to grab a weapon and some armor then take to the streets.
I saw a few randoms in the core today that only ever take part in assignments When I asked them, they told me its because of bounty

Now that has to be a good thing!

Some people really don't like the idea of running around the most dangerous part of the phoenix naked and unarmed could possibly, and is more likely get you killed...

I say this is +1 reason to go armed.

Seen a lot of vtec mobs during my play time today, more than usual.
and seriously only 1 blue suite.
(Who we let go btw) maybe they are taking advantage of this?
It sure seemed like they were intentionally looking for action, even coming to gate and waiting around.

If so, it made for some really fun fights.

Maybe bounty could give more or less XP depending on level? Baging a level 3 bluesuit should not give the same XP as killing a level 30 veteran.

Its implied who ever actually has bounty is the "veteran" player, level disregarded.

I think it would be better if automaticly accumulated (not for kills) bounty couldn't be more than lvl*2, couse there shouldn't be full 40 bounty for killing 1-10 lvl characters.

Of course, no limit for bounty gained from kills even for low-lvl characters.

Stem Sunders, I want to scavenge, I'm going alone, what's the difference if I take equipment or not if I meet 5 players? No difference at all. With best equipment 2 good players will have hard time fighting 5 usual. Do I care that enemy will get exp? Not at all.
There's no connection between having gear / not having it when coming to the core and bounty.

Usually I don't kill bluesuites, as it makes no any sense. It's not fun, not profitable, and only interrupts someone on the way to get some equipment to give me a fair fight. Now seeing bluesuite I will think that potential 250+ exp is not that bad to get for couple shots.
