2 rerolls credited to all players

Bugfixes:
- Fixed an issue with reputation when you leave your faction
- NPCS now less likely to doctor themselves infinitely
- Negative leadership buff fix
- Fixed dropping containers in the Core

Tweak:
-Sneaking with big guns will result in a malus of 25% total sneak skill
-Running while sneaking with a big gun is an additional 25%
-Sneaking with rifles will result in a malus of 15% total sneak skill
-Running while sneaking with a rifles is an additional 15%
-Stealth energy cell cost now factors carry weight.
-Going into stealth takes 200 energy units.

-Smoke now blocks LOS with 2 hexes of smoke (3 before)
-Smoke grenade buffed in duration to base of 18 seconds up to 24 (max throwing)
-All Assault Rifles have burst damage increased by 5 damage and range is single - 5 hexes
-DSR damage reduced by 20, increase bleed by 50.
-AS50 damage change to 75-75, increase bleed by 50.
-Increase SAW fire-rate by 50%, bullets fired upped from 15 to 18.
-LSW burst damage increased by 3 and range increased by 3.
-Defibs now resurrect target with less health
-Molotov and Incendiary nade damage now uses the min and max dmg
-Remove bleed limit of 300, raised max bleed damage per second (30 -> 60).

Features:
-Added command ~ignore "text" which will block all messages from faction chat if message contains they keyword
-~unignore "text" will revert that. This does not save over sessions.
-Untag button now ban's target from retagging. This does not save over sessions.
-Fireteam leader can now manage the squad
-Projectiles now scale according to zoom %

Is this only if the weapon is active and equipped, or does it take into account the second weapon slot as well?

people, Sneak was obviously too overpowered with Gifted, you still have 5 rerolls if you haven't used them al lalready, it also resets your Perks, just start a new build, we had to lie with you guys obliterating us in PVP, so now, you'll have to live with the fact that we are able to fight back agaisnt Gifted Smoke throwing sneakers

Sneak now works only for scouting and melee, but even for them the cell consumption is 3x higher than before the nerf. If you want to use sneak in large scale combat, be ready to carry 1.5k-2k cells with you, thats around 1.1k caps. So you'll need to grind one hour, in order to try to fight and do some damage using sneak, for 10 minutes. Thank you god. Just delete this skill, it just uses space in the list.

There seem to be a bug with class-A drugs and leadership bonus. When the bonuses disappear (when no one is near to give you bonuses) the class-A drug disappear aswell!

edit. when someone enters the area youre in with bonuses, it says

4025 == 4025
player name > 4025

im all fine for gameplay fixes like the sneak penalties, or giving more options to non sneakers to detect them

but what this patch did is just turn the skill into a huge moneysink and make it really tedious to use

Well, next update should be Terminator and Sniper Perks, then remove vision penalty from walls and objects, add global and you get another shitty server with 50-60 online. Thats sad, because server have potential.

It shouldn't happen without full reroll implemented before. Now it's just too painfull for those who tagged sneak, took traits for mix sneaker and ranged playstyle, etc. It's like cutting someones arm off, just because and left him without any help. I said it many times before, but I have to do it one more time. I'm not a sneaker. Sneak was good, bg sneakers was the main problem with this skill, maybe sg snipers on sneak was problem too, but  it was really easy to fix without killing this skill. Just read more than massive 4PE guys crying, or guys who blow off full ap for 1-2 aimshots instead of bursting for bypasses. Jeez, it was really easy to kill sneaker when they try to kill you hth and now they probably will not even try to, because of caps. You guys have lot of options, like blocking sneak while holding bg or something, even temporarily just for shut cryers mouths for a while and focus on good solution. What came with this changelog isn't even easy way of problem solving, just mindless "show them we care" without looking at game mechanics with more than one point of view.

For those who got suddenly happy, you do realize you will still be killed by sneaker same like you did before? Only sneaker now has to turn on/off sboy when needed (bring more charge) and de loot after every victim.

Its like suddenly changing ammo price for "insert weapon" because its too strong instead of nerfing its strength.

Now everyone waits for retag to fill the map with traps muahah

Patch is awesome except for these changes, which are a bit strange without proper explanation.

200 energy to turn on? Surely that doesn't mean 200 small energy cells, but 200 seconds, right?

And what is the ratio of weight to increased SEC consumption?

As I can understand an overloaded looter might and should have a harder time sneaking, but what about sneak medics and sneak trappers who will be carrying an extra 5-10 kilos on top of their armor and weapon into battle, hopefully they will not be too sorely burdened?

Yeah I am prone to agree with that, but we shall see, give it some testing time I guess.

(Though with equipped armor a SB and a pistol I just hit 10 kilos, so I assume that is triple the cost, which seems too high at first glance).

You can't recharge with weak cells. There is message "You need Small Energy Cells [..]"  when you try to recharge with weak cells in inventory.
That mechanics is simply too expensive (but on other hand rocket luncher or mines are also fucking expensive...)

wait, let me get this straight, support and sniper builds spend thousands of caps every week to be usefll in ZC, and no one bats an eye, but now, sneak got nerfed and they don't have to spend more than 500 caps a week, and everyone decides that this game now sucks, seriously, grow the fuck up, either play fair or just use a frekaing hack or something if you want to cheat THAT bad

I don't understand this too. Sneak must be hard, it must be expensive, it must have secondary role in gameplay.
Population dropping because of new players killed 3 times by sneakers in Phoenix starting location, and not from experienced players which now can't abuse better knowledge of game mechanics for free.

in my humble opinion, people are bitching becouse they are lacking social contact, the most actual topic is always hot spot for opening new dialogues. I like it too :)

Also i believe there is so many different reasons to not play atm, i couldnt even write down half of them.
But i believe at least half of them is not game related. For example i played last time on Friday and i will not play for couple of days.

Most important is that 80% posts will be always  poorly-grounded and basicaly offtopic.

If it does, im only losing 5% sneak while near a wall while equipped with M1c and DE .50AE

Only thing to me that seems to much, is the cost to turn SB on.

You need more fuel for stealth boy , but when you bring more fuel, its like you didn't bring it because now you got more weight. Funny....

Sneak is still broken, its too easy to escape and still same fov problems after you detect him it doesn't desneak him.

I think that the actual problem is that you can use silenced (or not) weapons w\o ever being hit by a weapon with slow aiming time. People just need time to get used to the new mechanic of "another weapon parameter", which is aiming time.
I actually did such thing once to some poor v-tec sniper, who presumably had no additional firearms on him. I was just stalking him with a silenced uzi (which tickles for 16-18 damage per shot) and crippling him constantly. He could not respond to me, because of the aiming time on his M1C.

Thinking in terms of realism like that means you shouldn't be able to see them at all.
Its stupid, sneaking is like being a wizard currently, fix didn't do anything but made sneakers spend bit more money. Its still stupidly overpowered when you're spoted. Its ok when you're far, but when you're so close you can disappear so easily and lets not even mention inside a room next to the wall.

I have a sneaker char and I use it daily so I know how much OP it really is, but this fix is focusing on completely wrong thing.

This is the ONLY problem with sneak. Revert nerfs and make it so being seen un-sneaks them, and all problems solved and everybody happy. Add a 1.5s timer for sneak (they must be unseen for 1.5s to activate) and you have well balanced sneak that is deadly but not to the level of wizards.

And since I guess the above wont happen for some reason, at least make it so when you raise gun to shoot at sneak and they disappear, it still shoots but with -40% accuracy or something. It's just plain buggy to constantly raise your gun (and often lose AP without shooting) at a sneak.

It's dumb how as a sneak you can simply run 2 hex to the side while the guy raises his gun, and disappear, then come back and kill because he wasted all his AP on buggy mechanics.

Even in weapon slot its somewhat playable. Just need to do short, fast runs and not camp with sneak on + 30- 50 smc in inventory just to be sure i have power for safe return. Also voodoo helps me a lot (speedup )  ;]
Besides i dont have max sneak so im not "pro" sneaker - use mostly use as "helper" for safe passage/avoiding others or ambush, so if without max sneak i can cope with it than for full sneak char it shouldnt be too painfull. Still i would gladly see revert of this change if possible ( like probably everyone who uses sneak ) but i understand that may never occur and i have to be ok with that.

Althou it would help a lot if there could be timer (like bandage %) to count how many secs of sneak we have left ( with actual weight factor included )
