[CHAR] lost faction and room

after update my freinds character was removed from faction, after being killed by his former faction we finaly found the recrutiment npc but he lost his room, all of his belongs, and all the rep we worked all day to get him(we were finally doing heart missions -.-).

resloved was bug with using ~deleteself and makeing same name char
