I have problems with messages for food and baffout and after the effect went off I've lost 3 strength.

same here but i was lucky that i didnt take drugs , just only some beer but it didnt work and now it says overload  by 88 / 100 carryweight lol

I'm having this also. Ate some food and now im stuck at -5 healing rate.

I think there is a problem when you die with food / drug buff then buff wear off you get negative stats.
