I gain my third perk on lvl 9 but i dont use them. now im on lvl 12 and have one perk to use ? i think i lost 1 perk !

Same with SP, if you go above 99 and lvl up, you will not gain any. Those are the mechanics of any Fonline ^^.

You should've taken it when you had the chance, if you wait too long, you'll lose it.

Wait ?! Realy ? Thats not a game mechanic, it is a bug i think. Im new at Fonline how should i know that i dont spare my perks or skillpoints.

Also half of the game quirks and mechanics can only be learned from the forums.

in the dev server I was able to get over 99 skill points, it would go to for example 22 skill points, id spend the 22, and then have another 99 to spend, but don't quote me, it might not work this way anymore. but I think if you don't spend perks they are gone when you get the next one.

Myakot's right, those are game mechanics applying in all fonlines, even in the original fallout I think. I you tried reloaded character planner it even warn you of that issue.
