Couple questions, I am in BrahminBoys btw.

1. Is there nowhere to sell guns/ammo that I loot in my travels? I have big pile of ammo and guns in my room that I have no use for, and no NPC seems to accept them.

2. While you are shooting, does AP regenerate at normal rate, or ap+ rate?

3. What is the fastest way to level? Crafting? I seem to be struggling to get xp, I'm only level 2 and I've been playing for 3 days.

1.npc don't want to buy low condition items
2.DAFUQ(?) while you shooting you lose your AP
3.find low level mates on faction chat to do assigments together

Sorry, I meant in between shots, I guess. Like say I am shooting someone with a pistol 5 times fast, does AP regenerate between shots or does it only regenerate when I fully stop shooting? ;x

I'm fairly certain that it is continually regenerating so depending on how fast you are firing their should be some gain.

but this gain, would it be the regular regen rate, or the slower ap+ rate?

It should be regained at the normal rate i think.

There is a special (pistol) trait "Double Tap" read it's description carefully.
You DO NOT regen AP during shot animations. (Without double tap trait ofc).

1: one vender can take combat knifes i know, he is probably outside near exit of your hq, so i am sure they buy other things, There is a guy that has ammo, you can only trade the ammo types he has, so you can for example trade shotgun shells and get 10mm, but not other kinds of ammo.  he is also probably in the first area of your HQ.

2: your regen+ i think
3: leveling up is hard, missions help, remember every time you hit something you get xp, you don't have to kill it, so if you are in range shoot that deathclaw, and run for your life! and take whatever xp it gave you.
they just buffed missions to 20% xp, and overall xp gain from killing by 10% so it should help.
