Crafting tools for rooms

Make the vendors sell scientific tools/instruments and workbenches for your room.

Maybe 150 caps each.  For people who are lazy running to the workbench

Solve your problem, join a platoon; and IMO 150 caps is too small a price to pay for that great convenience.

Completely agree, it would ruin the hoarder perk.

So what, pay 15000 caps for storage space?  yeah, nah. That would make it even farther for anyone joining a platoon.

And what If I dont want to join a platoon? what if a solo player wants a workbench in his room? and 150 is enough

then take the hoarder perk. if you could just get workbenches and chem sets in your room it would ruin platoon bases and the perk

Oh my God.  A workbench in the room, what's the point of platoon bases then?

Last I checked I can share platoon bases with my friends. I don't have the time to grind caps in assignments to buy a base or lvl up to 27.

Also I'm pretty sure many people will use the workbench if available for your room.

EVERYBODY will use the workbench if available for your room. The platoon bases are just storage at that point. The current workbench availability is fine, there is no good arguments against it.

Why not being able to get a bigger room for those with X thousand rep for like 1000 caps? More space and maybe being able to put 1 workbench or scientific table inside. Would remove the "need" for 1 man platoons for crafting and storage I guess

Nah, AoP is designed as a no-homo groupexperince.
You will never see private workbenches.
