So bigger factions will be swarm, but smaller factions are going to get tech levels faster?  Then swarm will kill them and take their tier + weapons XD.


Or smaller factions would be able to buy back gear, to keep fighting agains't bigger faction.
I would be nice to have XP income from ZC also relater to numbers, so it won't be looted.

I propose to add a number of players from each faction who participated in the battle. Maximum - nicknames.

Then TEC will not argue that the opponents were 100500 :)

VTEC are the most likely to refuse numbers display. It would be harder for them to deny swarming, with all the impossible-to-discuss screenshots.

I rather have the ability to raise hurt bodies (burnt, blown up etc...) with that perk.
(or the ability to remove bleeding so the guy don't guy a second later)
Reanimation items are quite fair and diverse and the AP cost is already balanced.

Glad CTF won't be the only way to take zones. It is nice to keep both (or more) teams ability to move during a fight, and not just hold a position.

I am not fond of Franken bonus proposal. If you are already killing enemies like flies, you don't need a bonus to make it even harder for them. If the gap is too high, they might not want to come back and stop the PVP.

KOTH (King of the hill) - Holding the designated for 10 minutes will capture zone. Capture zone can be based on radius around core life entires.

What does it mean ?

Your cooldown is way too high. If you want to blame the two or three abusers (i guess the names you mentioned), 30 seconds is enough.

More than one minutes and its gonna hurt the rest of the playerbase. ZC payouts are already too low. Now you want to make long fights payouts next to insignificant.

Beside that, i am not even sure that array thing is relevant. What about low level players ? With assignements out, doing damage is one of the main way to get XP and it is pretty dangerous on itself, considering you reveal yourself to player that have higher number/gear/levels/etc... And once you have same level/gear than opponement, the gain of XP is non longer relevant and the risk remains. The natural array is your own opponement.

I am no devellopper, so i can't guess how much time it took to implement that, but this is was of the most awesome features that were recently put on the server.

It isn't overpowered or mandatory, but still rewarding, it is random, it encourage you to roam the city, encourage you to go in zones that you wouldn't otherwise, and it is quite simple mecanic. The mini-boss thing is quite imperfect but the concept nice too. The weather thing is nice too. I would rather love much more things like that, than more PVP changelogs. It give  more life into the city without creating new quests. (quest would be nice too, but i assume the task takes even longer to implement)

Focusing on PVP would feel like an empty egg.
While not necessary put 1000 quest for each zones, the server would be 1000 more awesome if we were given more reasons for care about the zones, the city, the npc factions, given a bigger flavour in these areas, various activities, and reasons to explore, stay in the city. Not just because you need 50 more scavenging scrap for building your gun, but because there is enough fun and immersion in the city.

No matter how good is pvp, (and it is currently almost perfect already) i don't think you can hold the server for long with just people idling between two ZC timers. Beside that, it wouldn't be a terrible waste of the mapping you made.

Agreed with Mushroom wish for balance, but balance need to be cared for in the long run, not just launch. And we all know it, most gangs from other servers won't stay long in the server. They usually comes at wipe, get their fun and leave after a few months.

Also it should be pointed out that those casual big groups shouldn't try to kick out regular members of their faction. It is those guys that will keep your faction alive for many months/year after/before you come and go.

Against other factionless ?

That's the point.
IMO, Factionless isn't meant to compete with faction players.
So the storage things of tier 99 items is less an issue.

You should add factionless in the poll.
