Technical Center / the minimum resolution stuff

hi! i am a new player here. i really want to play this game and unluckily i have a problem. my computer is too old, i normally play fallout in 800x600 resolution barely. But minimum screen resolution for the game is 1024x768.
Leastways I could play in 800x600 res. I'd be very happy.
Aren't there any solutions for me?

(sorry i don't have mastery on English, i hope you understand)

Bug reports / Master.dat and Critter.dat not found

I got the files but fallout.exe can't find them.
Can anyone help?

I use Microsoft XP OS, 32-Bit.
