I think barbed spears/snake spears are lacking in usefulness a little bit. Anyone with halfway decent armor defeats them, and the bleed ( on barbed) isn't enough to make up for it. Snake spears are supposed to be the choice for unarmored targets, but they're damn near useless. Barbed spears excel in the role snake spears are supposed to be covering. I think barbed spears need a bit of a change to be effective. Anyone else have some thoughts about this?

ofc i have buff barbed spear dmg so i dont need 6 sppears to kil

After some spearman playtest here's how I see it:
- Barbed spear: increase dmg from 55-65 to 65-75. And it will be fine.
- Snake spear: increase dmg from 20-130 to 70-130 (probably even 100-130). Change first perk from Bonus Damage to Piercing Strike. This variant needs to be tested, because now quite hard to say precisely if it will be OK.
P. S. Btw Barbed spears with 10 Luck now are quite efficient, in some cases better than Serrated spears, delivering about 50 dmg + 80 bleed with groin hit.

snake spear i dont get waht is point of it as you read it seys it shoud do greate dmg to unarmored targets, so is snake spear for bluesuits or does lether count, duno how can it be redone and i will probably newer use it

Tested just now, on target in SAmkIII, 332 HP, 52% crit res, 60% crit agi, 95% crit str, Toughness+Adr. Rush.

3 hits killed him.
Total 177 direct damage + 283 (160%) bleeding damage = 460 dmg.
So you're doing something wrong.

332HP 3 spears 170dmg x2 6 spears 340hp you know people hp or use tirquiend or bandages = no bleed dmg
