I tried reading "guns and bullets" and I can't get it to work. Can I get xp by reading the books and mags?

So I checked under Net and the port is "play.fonline-aop.net" and 4000 but I still get a black screen and can't get out. Any help is appreciated ty

when I choose the 3 skills I keep getting the message "you must tag exactly one of small guns, big guns, energy weapons, and H+H combat" I can't get passed this, can anyone help.
