Title: Bonus Rate of Fire

Description says "Each ranged weapon attack cost 10% less action poinst to perform."

So, this perk doesnt work for melee weapons?

I havent tried it, but its for "firing" so Im guessing only ranged weapons.
Does the perk have any real effect? 10% looks low....

Fast shoot trait work for melee weapos, thats why im asking.
