8. Giveaway, yay! Leather combat armor / weapon if you have IN 8 or more and some strength for the weapon. One from two to choose.
9. Tiers 1 Ammo trader for pretty much anything. He gives the best price for some trash from the core.
10. Bring 3 tech manuals and 3 guns'n'bullets books and will give you a sniper rifle and some ammo in exchange.
10a. In the first room of the building there's a guy who will recruit you, if you have no faction.

1. Building Manager. The faction manager will sell you a private room in which your equipment will be safe. He will also allow you to constitute a platoon when you'll have enough reputation, and some other services.
2. Container seller. You can buy containers for your room or platoon base at him.
3. Providing lore.
4. This is the place you get first level assignments. Consider taking friends with you.
5. A crafting merchant will see you oil, kevlar, fuses and chemical components for caps.
6. Crafting assistants will provide you advice and blueprints to craft more advanced equipment for relics, or 1000 reputation for each.
7. She suppose to buy books from you... but not anymore and not yet.
8. Workbenches and chemical tables are available and often required to craft items.
9. Tier 2 Ammo for caps trader. Todd will take your caps and sell you ammo boxes.
10. Entrance to the second level. Takes 30000 reputation to pass.
11. Empty room with lonely girl, yay!
12. This one has a cult and needs you to be tough fighter, bad-ass or beauty to get through. After that you can bring him ranger pins and other stuff to make him feel cool for 25 caps or items (like hunting rifle or leather armor).
13. Silent running perk. That little kid is hungry. Bring him 15 cookies.
14. Food and drinks sellers. Also cookies for 5 caps / your food, yay!
15. Tier 2 Armor trader. Buys tier 2 if the condition is higher than 50%. Has it been changed?
16. Tier 2 Weapon trader. Same.
17. Providing lore.
18. Medicine seller. She has some medicine to sell and stealth-boys also.

19. Providing lore.
20. Enter to the private rooms.
21. He asks you to bring him superior technologies. Result is yet unknown.
22. Second entrance to the heart.
A, B, C, D - Fast travel system key points. You can access it from the world map by town/world button. Speak with servants at key points to move from inside. There's no fast exit yet, unfortunately.  Get to the room and kill the rat somewhere inside (press A to locate). Store anything you need in the containers.

Like walls? (: Well, I'm agreed experience difference is high.
Actually, there's better way - put all info on 1 screeshoot, showing exact locations of all points of interest from high perspective. I'll do it.
What else should be changed to comfort you?

Nice job here.

For my personnal opinion I will not put any screenshot of the hearth. I think it's cool to discover it once you finally have reputation. And I think that when you have 30k rep you are not a noob anymore and can understand how it is working ;-)

10. Bring 2 tech manuals and 2 guns'n'bullets books and will give you a sniper rifle and some ammo in exchange. Although I think he took more than 2 of each from me...
He said 3 techs and 3 guns to me.
12. This one has a cult and needs you to be tough fighter, bad-ass or beauty to get through. After that you can bring him ranger pins and other stuff to make him feel cool for 25 caps or items.
I had cash/armor option, took the second one and got leather armor. Can't give him 2nd ranger pin tho.

3. Lost .223 Pistol quest. There are 3 possible solutions: bring robber buts, lighter and rope / .223 pistol or talk with someone to not kicking her ass for loosing the pistol. I came with the needed items and dialog stuck for me.
I took items option -> chickened out and took pistol option -> received reward -> took option to talk with someone not to kick her butt -> can't go back to well option + don't know where's that guy ;)

Hiya.

I had a look at the lawyers base last night and went to the building manager. He did not offer me a private room for my stuff. Is it bugged or am I stupid???

Maybe not. Thanks for your answer.

Another question please - I left the lawyers and I am now factionless. How do I rejoin the lawyers?

10a. In the first room of the building there's a guy who will recruit you, if you have no faction.

The family HQ must be on your map then(the right side from the core), sign up to family and then resign from it, Law HQ will appear.
