This really shows how unorganized we are as a team. We can see Vtech out in the open covering each others, and we Laws couldn't even set a crossfire from that really good position  :-\  We even managed to turn this good position (+numbers) into shitty one because neither of us was not covering for the other group.

Also as always, I mean ALWAYS, we lose 1-2 people before the engage because people peek while Vtechs have proper assist/focus. Laws have way more people playing for fun or going rambo, and even when we have someone leading, half of the team listen  ;D

Organisation > Numbers here, unfortunately, when we have less numbers, Vtech are still organized and we still have rambo peekers  :(

The one easy thing we can do to improve is having one guy leading and one calling targets, that's how we were doing months ago and it was working pretty nice. But making people listening to leader is not something that can be achieved easily, GG Vtechs for managing to do that.

If i am not wrong, the dev were balancing the combat to allow safe-ish peaking, by reducing the lethality of long range weapon. If the dev did some work especially to allow peaking, there is no reason to complain about players doing it. On the other hand, once you know they are here, you aren't supposed to do it again. And you can know through your teammates, the sneaks, those who peaked earlier, or those who got shot.

You are so far from what our peekers do, in our case this is :
- I already know enemy position from TS, but I want to go rambo and shoot some ammo, I won't kill anyone though because I will be alone shooting while peeking.
- I peek and get shot, BUT I retaliate and shoot back instead of backing to cover.
- Sometimes I'm still alive after a KB, I stand up and I shoot again instead of backing.
- I die alone, making -1 for Laws.

Too bad John didnt record the fight after at GE, I saw the above situation again, peeking at window to shoot, getting shot, retaliating, getting KB, standing up and shooting again instead of taking cover... Also when Stalker said to back, there were like 4 people following :-\

You have no idea how many times I've attempted to do that...It's like what I say enters from 1 ear and out the other

"Hey, take DKS or M1C, not that crappy laser rifle" guy takes rad rifle/laser rifle....
"Hey, don't take sneak, it's uneeded right now" guy takes sneak with machete, dies in first 5 seconds of battle
"Guys take some smoke grenades, it saves lives" only 3-4 out of the group take some
"Don't fucken peak" guy peaks, gets knocked out, finished off by RL "Don't revive him yet" teammates attempts to revive, dies in the process
"Guys get out of the building, and move right"  4 team members stay inside of building, trying to fight through a door while rest of team outside
"Lets go full SS, ripper and grenadier squad since they camp a building" 3 guys takes sniper rifles and 1 with gatling....
"Ok guys everyone take a sniper rifle" after 30 minutes of rerolling, convincing them why we finally manage to get everyone a sniper rifle. (this was when server crashed)

I'm like the only one in Lawyers attempting to lead, if I don't do nothing its just a bunch of randoms playing. Also we completely lack a sneaker...but I sometimes go as it.

yep...This why I miss you anza and clochard cause you guys actually listen. some lawyers listen too like data and a couple others but majority don't do jack shit.

I even type out weapon compositions in game, what we need and only 2 people listen. "we need 5 these, 2 those, 3 that, 2 sneaks" but no one does nothing. This probably why wind stopped playing, other than requim :V

Well, I will get on this evening and attempt to try and get some composition going. I will try and get some people on to TS - to be fair, there are very few now who do not use TS.

From watching that awful video I am in agreement that there is very little leadership (Stalker tries but goes quit when he is fighting (due to concentration)).

Lawyers need to improve their swarm skill in order to use swarming effectively.

Blyad how many new players u see there , i wont call out names but with different people its totally a different game and im not even mad for them because im thankfull that they still play after no improvement on the other hand some serious gangleader wud have kicked 70% of them already :D . this is one of the reasons why we hace dat low server population anyway and thats why im thankfull for every player that acts like some AI . but i miss also the old times with quality players here and sralker vvish didnt quit because of that he just have to do some work inbetween his fonline periods ...

then again i dont want to call people from other servers when theres no enemy thats willing to fight us ( the swarm ) then , because i know tecs dont seek for a challenge becoz they are used to swarm normally and they are not like some players on the law who go to fights as long as theres enemy no matter how many themselfs are . i could go on but meh , maybe i should enjoy real life aswell at this point and wait till these guys improve or quit ;D

Yes, we certainly give you the tools to play really badly, for example you could mauser, pipe rifle and 5000 rubber dolls into combat. Doesnt mean You have to do it. Saying the devs are responsible for people making msitakes is really far fetched.

to be honest that video shows exactly , sorry to it that way , what noobs currently playing at the law . i mean especially the guys who do play all day , after watching the video now theres no excuse ... and it just prooves what i personally did saw most the time in battles . that our new guys get shrekt way to easy , watch a video with gbk inside and see the difference when he peaks kek ... this is so demoralising . next fights in GE and SCG we only stand a chance becoz of me having a bozar and sralker a gauss . most % of rest of guys were useless , like stated above stalker says go outside and these people acting like some bots running in all directions kek . thats not my law :D

Could you describe when i implied that ?
My post was to defend the players who reasonably peak, as, contrary to other servers, they won't be insta-killed for it, unless focused, or careless.

u see these guys peaking alive ? maybe u need glasses :D plus on other servers u arent isnta dead aswell if u know what you are doing . its literary same mechanic as here just with the assumption that u have more options here for everything and smoke throwing isnt one of them these guys used or anti minigun . the 3 guys that were with me all died and then i was alone , u can guess why

I am not saying that people shouldn't take advice, follow orders of confident people, or watch others and try to imitate them. It is their best interest to do so. It is fair to encourage them to train and get better. But it the end, AOP is a game with various people of various skills. You can't blame people from being bad at a game. They are here to have fun, after a day of work/school/other daily obligations, not to struggle to fit to the standards of self-apointed champions of PVP. Otherwise, they might just go back at the office/factory and do more arbitrary work. That part is especially important here, on the most casual-friendly Fonline server, in which every player should be automatically accepted by every team, no matter their skills, level, gear etc...

Just a reminder about the need to accept that not all players should have the same skills as best players. Other than that, every tips provided to them is good. But in the end, if they can't learn, remember that it's a game.

PS: On the video, many names are recent additions (from july for the oldest) to the team or old casuals (that were never experienced at the first place). Also, there is ton of afking at the end it seems. Also Kurwier, i didn't say that the guys on the vid were specifically reasonably peaking. I was talking in general.
