Revert ap cost of serated back to 40
Remove finisher from waki add slaughtershot instead

i hope all of you outgrown  the hysteria against spearman and staber

Much has changed since those were put into place. It's worth looking into.

BUFF MY DEAGLE.50!...*cough* Please. Its the only thing I ever really loved!
And as far as I can tell, remains unused and neglected since all the ammunition was tinkered with :(

Oh, and yes give the tribals their sticks back.
