Hi all,
 i just started play Fallout, and want to build sniper,
my stats st3 PE6 en8 ch1 in10 ag1 lk10 fast shoot 4eye
tags (Samll guns /firt aid/sneak)
i taked at lvl 3 man of steal perk
i can  use sniper rifle with 3str? why i should need take at lvl6 weapon handling?

and what perks i need take later for sniper?
does i need take both sharp shooter and hawk eye? does it works both?
does it good perks for sniper with 4eye tag?


about sneak why i can't run in snake mode i becoming visible what i should get what i can run?  stneak 88points

what mode good perks for sniper/ at lvl 12/15/17/21/24 which is best for snipers

the last question when u lvl uping 3lvl up u geting one perk , but when u can get weapon perks?  same with default lvl perks?

im waiting u disccusions,
