You mean when he say "Damn no water?" he searched the body I guess I thought that was implied but maybe not :D
His leg was hurt before he got to the fridge, he collapsed on teh way out.
It all made sense to me but then again it would haha, I'll try harder for them to make more sense next time.
Maybe I should number the panels?

"Damn no water..." is his response to getting blown by a mine, and when he gets up he yells "WTF?!" ? :)
Then sometimes it's manhwa\manga style (right to left), most of the times left>right.
And I'm sorry, but I'm pretty sure a pool of blood from your torso is not a "black-out" condition ;D.
Either way, it's still good to see this, would want to hear the rest of the story.

I'm working with limitations here XD any time you see blood like that just go with it, since its not my fault :p its teh game. (Spose I could paint the blood in)

the "Damn no water" was in response to the body :D it just stayed above his head when he was blown up

I didnt stage the mines, it was total accident I just didnt see them until I stood on one. I was actually trying to walk around them but I decided to use it.
I didnt stage the dead bodies in part one either. that is how it played out. it can be hard to get timing right for the shots.

Then everything is a'right! Actually "improvised" events are even better, imagine how immersive this story would be, if the large playerbase was still around. Let's just wait for our grand mage to conjure a spell powerfull enough to crush the minds of infidels and convert them back to the fun side.

I for one cant wait, it will happen! The power or our grand mage and retinue are unmatched!
I don't know how I'm going to incorporate other players into this story. Still something I'm gonna have to figure out in a practical way.
I can turn off names,HUD's and such but cant control the movements or words of others. So I'll have to walk around spamming F3 in certain situations and hope I get some good shots :D
So far I havent had to worry about being blasted in the middle of capping screens :D

About the mine part, yeah maybe you could have changed the order of the pics so he steps on the mine on his way back, could be more understandable :D

I had no problems with order at all.
It just a little bit unclear that he stepped at the mine (if you're not experienced player), and how strong is the damage.
But after he ate some strange meat, I just imagined that he wasn't the only one who did the same and died because of that.

Not exactly, factions will be more like set pieces for the characters rather than the main focus of this story. I do have a direction and definite end in mind. Its very much about CritterBait and the "trials" he must go through
Did you notice CB gave the reason he's in Phoenix in his last panel?
There are now two characters we know about.
I dont wanna say anymore.
Your speculation is nice though, some of it has to be left up to interpretation. :D

A story about 4 survivors hating each other in the beginning, but comrades in the end (you can put none, or unlimited content in between)
With the last panel being 'volvo fixpls cirn0 pls add'.
Take your time with it, you've managed to hook me on that so far ^^

EDIT : I showed it to a friend who doesnt know AoP, it is quite hard to understand the link between pages 2 and 3. Maybe add a little page between them showing CritterBait in Family HQ, talking to the Don and maybe buying or trading the jacket ?

I will definitely need at least a second person when for when characters finally meet. If you wanna help that would be awesome, without giving too much away I need someone to play

If I get enough time today there will be a part 2.5 (Explaining what happened between 2 and 3) and then part 4 which has a twist ;)

So the girl friend from CritterBait is in jail at Lawyers, she manages to open the door with a crowbar and tries to escape. Guards spot her and kill her on sight (lol). She respawns in room (why ?) and wishes the doctor were there. We can suppose CritterBait is this doctor she's talking about.
Meanwhile, CritterBait is back to Family HQ, he's thinking about Anca, revealing the name of the girl. He goes to the Don and reports back from his task. The Don then informs him about Anca who appears to be an android. He is sent to retrieve her with a Family Squad (which will only bring him to Lawyers Gate ?).

You're getting it.
The only thing I can say, Anca was placed back in jail after being shot, (You can't kill an android, only deactivate them or destroy them completely. She was shot for two reasons (1 because I wanted to show her black oily blood and 2, because the story needed her to be. You'll see eventually :)
Also I needed it shown that people at Lawyer base saw her blood too, otherwise the spy that was mentioned wouldn't have known right? or if he did I thought it would have made less sense)
Due to the shifting scenes You're meant to think CritterBait is "the doctor" when actiually its just foreshadowing another character.
The reason the family squad can only escort him to the gate will be explained in part 5...
Its much more practical, In reality I just can't think how I or, who else could play the entire squad. I will eventually figure out how to have more than one or two people on screen at a time. :D

Thats fine all good, best thing is you can go back and look again.
I am trying my best to get as much explanatory stuff on screen as possible but some of it may require the reader to fill in the gaps with his/her imagination and I encourage such :)
