Currently, there are not "support" weapons in game. Giving the needler an alternate mode that shoots stimpacks could be a lot of fun, and make combat medics more relevant.
This has been suggested in many other FOnlines and devs won't implement

I was told Cirn said it wouldn't be that hard implement.

Currently, The needler pistol has a broken perk "More Bleed". As you may know, The needler pistol doesn't actually do bleed damage, So this is a wasted perk slot. The admins said if we get support from other players, It's likely to be changed.

Here are my suggestions, Either;
 1) Make needler pistol actually do bleed damage, Somewhere around 50% chance for 50 bleed damage
 2) Swap the More bleed perk with something like Bonus rate of fire.

Currently, This weapon is extreamly lacking in terms of damage output and useful perks.

How would you suggest to fix this gun? Post below and share your ideas

1) Make everything with Needler in it scale from Doctor, just as sneaking weapons.
2) Give it Limb Shredder or it's alternative, i think that this gun has to be a "shit in everything else, but in one thing it exceeds everything else".
3) Give it poison effects, which is the best IMO. Or make it a non-lethal poison one, which won't do damage, but will work similarly to stun grenade (short period disoriented and winded).
I really hope my suggestions 'd help some1, or even improve theirs.

In this scenario (AoP) I imagined it would be a very high bleed/winding but low damage/knockdown sort of weapon for hitting and running.

The idea of linking it to doctor is interesting, as it's main skill would still be small guns and the doctor side would just be the perks, surely that would require some new and interesting weapon perks to fit the theme though, and then you'd might as well add other "doctor" weapons to attach these new perks to.

Different ammo types for the needler could be interesting too, if you could attach effects to ammo like say an AP draining poison cartridge (over straight up stunning people).

Shooting stimpacks just seems incredibly overpowered to me, and everyone would be carrying one around for ranged healing shenanigans at all times. Healing from first aid and stimpaks is already so strong.

Shooting drugs into your friends and enemies from a distance however, could prove both useful in terms of support and hilarious in terms of trolling enemies.

Well i think forced reroll was and still is the alternative to complete wipe, dev's choice. I guess they are working on full proper reroll with trait perks and shit.

So in the meantime, We just get steamrolled by people with +25 AC they shouldnt have, Permanant leadership buffs, Extra combat perks, and all skills at 200% ... Time to take a break from the game . Seeyou in a month or so.

so, i wanted to change the taste of the game, so i decided to switch to lawyers, and sicne i was a neutral with Combat armor, peopel started shooting me and looted 50% of mys tuff, but that's another story, the thing is, after i got my room quest, i went to the guy who gives rooms, talked to him, told him i'll clear out the rats, and then he ran away before i could click the option, now after he came back, i have the quest telling me to kil lthe rat, but i can't enter the room, i have a hundred caps on me but i can't tell him anything, i sent a petiiton in game but got no response, pretty sure this is a bug

That's what you get for being a team killing thief

- Secondary skill cap reinstated. Can only raise them to your lowest secondary tagged skill.
Skills already raised above this cap are unaffected by this fix. And I only guess that if you managed raise two secondary skills to 200 your cap is no 200?

Really? Your saying "Everyone who is level 30+ Gets a huge advantage over every other player in the game forever" ? That's what i just heard.

There is a bug with AC, Some players get 20 free AC (Maxing at around 80AC, Which i believe should be impossible

Today i was solo-scavenging the core, I seen a family guy run into the PD, So i was like "easy kill" and ran in to kill him, Turns out there was a total of 3 family members in there!

I died because i assumed family couldnt work together!

Stealth builds have many downsides, and one up side.

Downsides: For 5 seconds after you unstealth, every hit on you is a bypass armor hit
While stealthed, You lose 3 perception
Any time you die, your out an extra 300 caps for stealthboy+Charges

Upsides: Your a little more likely to hit your target first.

Brief cases should be able to be opened or traded to a NPC for things like, 1k exp or 250 caps...

Or maybe random useful items (Not crappy items)

Maybe even a type of lottery ticket item... Ranging anywhere from 10 caps to a tier 3 gun

You guys should know, Sneak is already nerfed to hell as it is. I don't see how anyone can complain about it (Unless you have 2 perception).

Keep in mind, When i come up behind you to kill you, I've been stalking you for 5 minutes, Trying to wait until the correct moment where your friend and you are split up just enough distance for me to be able to kill you without him having time to react. Trying to stay behind you the whole time, And hoping that you dont look around your surroundings instead of having tunnel vision on that loot

Also, You cannot resneak inside someones field of vision, You lose sight range while stealthed, If you get shot once you unstealth and you receive a 5 second debuff when you unstealth.

I see you guys suggesting things that are already game mechanics.

What level are you?

EDIT: At level 24 you cannot raise any skills past; your highest primary skill, and the lowest of your two highest secondary skills. Your doctor skill is the lowest of your two secondary skills, so no skills can be higher than that.

I think this question needs to be addressed. What is the point of staying in The Family.

1. They can't do any zone control effectively as whenever ZC message pops up that Family is taking a zone the nearest faction immediately goes there as they know The Family has no chance.

2. Game bugs seem to be priority for every other faction except Family. Family entrance merchant has been stuck since yesterday while merchants for other factions are being fixed. Even suggestions like selling all books with one click are considered for other faction but not Family.

3. Family gate is camped most of the time as PK's from other factions go there to have fun shooting n00bs as they know that Family won't send punishing force to retaliate. Because of that scavenging also takes a hit.

Please give a little love to The Family as they are great bunch of lads. If not for this reason do it for the sake of some balance at least.

1) I cannot help you with this

2) Lawyers do not have a traveling merchant at all, Not even a bugged one, You just don't have as many people complaining about it in the ~help function.

3) Family has THE BEST looting locations because of where its gate is, Alot of people just spawn at your gate to loot, but stick around a moment to get a few pks or hide from your guards.

4) Less players means you can get more caps from the junk shop
