Hello everyone.

So, here is the first volume.

Setting the stage for this epic tale of adventure and war.
We take a short look back to before the bombs fell, and a decision that would plant a seed which would one day grow into the V-Tecs of vault 7.

I'm still learning sony vegas.

I gotta go to VTec base and get 30k rep to do research for the next one, I feel so dirty....

But I want to get it as accurate as I can, and give each faction the time they deserve.
