Hi! I am playing on AoP about 1 month. This is one of the best servers now! I like your server, but I have few suggestions:
1) 7.62x54mmR and 7.62x54mmR 7N14 have same Damage Resistance Modifier and Damage Threshold Resistance Modifier. If it is same ammo, why prices is different on market (7.62x54mmR: 55$ and 7.62x54mmR 7N14: 95$)?  I think admins do not know about that.
2) Dragunov SVD-M (Range: 65) have worse range than Dragunov SVD(Range: 70). Why? I think Dragunov SVD-M must have Range: 75 and this gun will be nice for PVP.
3) Need to improve 9mm and .45 bullets:
9x19mm JHP:
Damage Resistance Modifier    15
Damage Threshold Resistance Modifier    35
Damage Modifier    2/1
9x19mm 7N14:
Damage Resistance Modifier    -35
Damage Threshold Resistance Modifier    -55
Damage Modifier    1/1
.45 Caliber:
Damage Resistance Modifier    0
Damage Threshold Resistance Modifier    -20
Damage Modifier    13/10
.45 ACP:
Damage Resistance Modifier    0
Damage Threshold Resistance Modifier    0
Damage Modifier    3/2
Because it is not powerful right now for PVP.

I agree that there is no difference between 7.62x54mmR and 7.62x54mmR 7N14. It is necessary to boost or cut one of them.

Hmm.  How it care if i shoot with PKS. AC work only against AIM shots, exactly?

missing information is ACMod but it's not used at the moment

Even if it was implemented => no difference for non-aimed shots.
