New Perk : some medic perk [ Officially Rejected ]

Requirements : level 21, 200% Doctor

Your extensive amount of knowledge of the human anatomy has made you an expert on the way people live...and how they die. You are now able to revive fallen allies without the need of any special instruments at the cost of 150 action points.

Pretty much the end game perk for medics. Snipers have simian warfare, tanks have PMS defense, big gun users have Rambo/gun turret, spammers have Mozambique shotty,  etc.  It doesn't sound op, 200 doctor is a huge investment not many people choose.

I rather have the ability to raise hurt bodies (burnt, blown up etc...) with that perk.
(or the ability to remove bleeding so the guy don't guy a second later)
Reanimation items are quite fair and diverse and the AP cost is already balanced.
