Sniper sight whit no 4 Eyes

Can i make caracter thet hes 90 sight range whit no 4 eyes now i have
63 whit 8 pe and will get 4x4 from 4xScoped on sniper
63+16=79
still mising at least 10
howk eye 4 only right?

Unless bonus sight scales down with greater perception i believe it should be +8  to sight range for hawk eyes,but not 100% sure

Yes, hawk eyes its +8, you can take mentats or blood moon for another 8 more

I would rather take PE, because you also get some other modifiers with it. Hawk eyes will only give you +2 for sight.

Trust me I'm a doctor.

No seriously, as sniper char to another sniper char, take PE ;)

A maxed leader with the sight range buff will grant you +4 hex for every 1 charisma you have
